Bangkok, Day 41

 

It's Jan 31. Finally after days of failed attempts to have food from "Sushi Hiro" delivered, AEW ordered and picked up my food for me. She was so very not happy about how much it cost, which is mostly why I was ordering it to be delivered. All 3 of the special rolls had the "toppings" on the side, which I didn't like. I felt like the rolls should have been made as expected. On the left is a Maguro Mori Sushi & Maki Party Wooden Box. It contains 2 HonMaguro Otoro Sushi, 2 Chutoro Sushi, 2 HonAkami Sushi, 1 Akami Maki, and 1 Negi Toro Maki. The second one on the left is a Crunchy Tempura Roll. On the right there is a Spicy Maguro Roll, Unagi Roll, and Matsuzaka Foie Gras Sushi, which was amazing!

Bangkok, Day 40

It's Jan 30th. I tried to order sushi 8 times today and "grab delivery", it is like Uber eats, cancelled the order each time because they couldn't find a driver. I signed up for another food delivery app and ordered the same sushi but when I clicked order they told me the orders were closed for today, by 1 minute. I signed up for a third delivery app. Now I have tried to place multiple wagyu burger orders and 14 attempts to get food delivered today failed. Every place that works with delivery services will be closed soon. I finally got my route 66 and classic Cali burgers, with potato wedges. I almost had to resort to McDonald's.

Bangkok, Day 39 dinner

 It's Jan 29th. Another great get together with AEW and her family. Some more one chip challenge attempts. Oh my, American spicy. Too much for some ...

Bangkok, Day 39 lunch

 

  It's Jan 29th. AEW and I visited the Erawan Museum.

 There was several fountains and plants around the water.
