Bangkok, Day 29


Visited the shipping yard to see Banchong. I asked if he wanted to try American spicy. It was too spicy for him and another person. They could only eat a small piece of the chip before they gave up.  


 They cooked Tom yum for me. It's a Thai hot and sour soup, usually cooked with shrimp, but this was cooked with pork. The lime and cilantro in the soup was very prominent and delicious. The spices and other flavors were great. They also made rice soup for me with pork and it was very good too.
