December Saturday 23rd, 2023 and Sunday morning. I am at the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa over looking the Gulf of Thailand. I drove alone from Bangkok to the hotel in Phetchaburi alone and with only a modicum of issues. AEW is with her team from work, on there way to the hotel for a holiday team building celebration. The room is lovely and spacious. A bed, lounge, bathtub, shower, a linksys wifi router, a balcony (not over looking the Gulf of Thailand).
I met some of her colleagues from work and we are a late lunch at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The carbonara was pretty good, but the lasagna was terrible in my opinion. After eating AEW had a work event to attend so I had a romantic barefoot stroll along the sea at sunset ... alone! And an over mile walk back along the sea as the roads do not go back to the resort hotel.
AEW enjoyed her party and in the morning we had breakfast and she left with her work colleges for some farm place while I drove to the other hotel.
