December Tuesday 19th, 2023. My day started out shopping at the Palladium World shopping center. I was searching for glass seed beads ... which I did not find. I did have to restain myself at "Kathmandu Handcrafts Co Ltd." The owner is from Nepal near the Tibetan boarder.
I purchased a few strands of beads and cord at a couple shops. I think the one shop forgot to put a stone in my bag or I lost it.
My next stop was the "Sri Maha Mariamman Temple" after I left the mall. I was looking for the closest sky train station, but a very aggressive tuktuk drive insisted on taking me. Traffic was a dead stop in the direction we were traveling and Google Maps showed 45 minutes for 4 km. The tuktuk driver went into the opposite lane and into oncoming traffic. It only took about 6 minutes; however, he charged me 300 baht which was way to much.
Another tuktuk driver showed me the shop that had a durga t-shirt I was looking for. Then he drove me around to visit several shops that sponsor his gas in exchange for bringing in tourists. A couple custom clothes shop with very affordable custom tailoring prices. The one shop does leather jackets and can custom print on them. I liked the black and red jacket ... maybe with Kali painted on the back?

After that, I ate at a Iranian/Persian restaurant called Mohsen. It was a quiet and clean place hidden down an alley between 2 major streets. The food was fast and tasty. Not my favorite place to eat but pretty good and I think I will eat here again.

We ended the day by having dinner with AEW's brother Aa, Kaki, and I'own at Shobusi. I'own is either very shy or does not like me very much. I always take a picture of where we park as AEW never remember where she parks.
