It's Feb 15th. I walked from the appartment and hotel to eat at Mr Mustache Steak Restaurant again. While I was walking I met someone who spoke English and new Rob struck up a conversation with her. Her name was Sandra, a BC native who lives in Thailand and teaches English. We talked while we walked to the Lotus store searching for soap and wine.
I had the fish and chips, again. I also ordered the chicken steak with mashed potatoes with gravy and a side of 2 fried eggs.
The owner, Koi, is always a delight when I come here to eat. She is very friendly and her restaurant always serves the best food.
AEW stopped after work, while I was eating, and joined me for dinner. She had the ham steak with mashed potatoes with gravy and a side of 2 fried eggs also. Sandra, if you see this it was great meeting you and talking with you. I was going to ask if you had your lesson plans online. There are a couple free and open source classroom web applications I know about. If you wanted to use them, my Linux friends and I would be glad to help set something up for you and your classes to use.
